Face Blurring

How is it possible to blurr out faces? Is there any special sofware to use?

at the top end you have motion tracking and travelling mattes done for you automatically.

at the bottom end - well, you don't. you have to do it all yourself.

i'm sure there is a specialist piece of software/plugin for this task, but since i've never needed to use it, i've never needed to find out what it is ...

BTW, makes me laugh now that they start blurring (presumably offensive) slogans and logos on people's clothing ...

I thought they blurred logos to prevent advertising- you sometimes get fussy (or super effecient) producers who refuse to show any logos of anything- makes it difficuilt for the actors

So when will ppl realise that by wearing a logo/slogan, it is the equivilent of wearing a sandwichboard for the company? Surely the companies involved should then pay YOU to promote THEIR product rather than charge ridiculous prices for 'designer' stuff. Thank God that ppl are STUPID ...
